(Clarksdale, MS) – The Pinetop Boogie and Crawfish Boil will be held May 13 from 3pm-8pm at Ground Zero Blues Club (387 Delta Ave.) in Clarksdale, Mississippi. Proceeds will benefit the Pinetop Foundation workshop scholarship Program.
There will be a silent auction and there is a $10-$15 suggested donation at the door.
Among those appearing are John Primer, Monster Mike Welch, Michael Ledbetter, Bob Corritore, Anthony Geraci, Diunna Greenleaf and more.
For the past seven years, the Pinetop Perkins Foundation has always focused on offering world-class musicians to lead their Master Class Workshop held in Clarksdale, Mississippi each June. The 2017 Workshop Experience will be no exception.
The primary mission of The Pinetop Perkins Foundation is to provide encouragement and support for youth and young people at the beginning of their musical career; and help provide care and safety for elderly musicians at the twilight of their career. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization. Your donation will honor Pinetop’s memory and help fund the mission.
