Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival(NEW ORLEANS, LA) – Beale Street meets Bourbon Street on Oct. 12-14 at the Lafayette Square Park (540 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, Louisiana) for the Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival. The event will be Friday, 4:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday-Sunday, 11am-8:30pm. Presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, this annual three-day festival will feature live blues performances from some of the best in the Crescent City and beyond, as well as delicious BBQ from some of New Orleans premier BBQ spots. Vegan and vegetarian options are available as well.

The 2018 fest will include yet another all-star lineup of musicians and performers such as Jimmie Vaughan, Samantha Fish, and Shemekia Copeland, New Orleans’ beloved soul man Walter “Wolfman” Washington, IBC Band winner Keesha Pratt, Mem Shannon, Little Freddie King, Terrence Simien, and Memphis R&B icon Don Bryant are just a few of the great artists who will perform. With the use of both the St. Charles Avenue Stage and the Camp Street Stage, enjoy the blues from sun up until sundown all weekend. The fun doesn’t stop when the curtains go down. Make sure to stop by the artist merchandise tent for autographed copies of CDs, merch and apparel.

Admission to this soulful celebration is free and open to the public.
