VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Beach Events and the Natchel’ Blues Network, Inc., present the 22nd Annual Blues at the Beach festival September 11-12, 2015 on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront at the 17th Street Park. Featured artists include the Royal Southern Brotherhood, Sugar Ray and the Blue Tones featuring Monster Mike Welch, the Peterson Brothers band, Carl Weathersby and Jackie Scott and the Housewreckers. The festival will also feature our local IBC winner, the Bobby Blackhat Walters band.
