To celebrate the 10th anniversary of his “Blues Revue” radio program on WVPE-FM (88.1), Harvey “Ole Harv” Stauffer brought in the legendary Koko Taylor for a gig at Z.B. Falcons in South Bend. That was a pretty big deal, but it turns out that he was only just getting started.

Every five years, there’s been another anniversary celebration at a local venue, and the list of headlining stars has gotten quite impressive: Rod Piazza, Larry McCray, Michael “Iron Man” Burks, Deanna Bogart. This year marks the 35th anniversary of the program, and Stauffer’s bash features two top bands this time around.
