Ventura Blues SocietyMOORPARK, CA – Come join us Saturday April 25 on a special benefit ride for one of our own… Mickey Jones, the longtime Ventura County Blues Festival Emcee and the “face” of the festival the previous nine years. This benefit motorcycle ride for the veteran motorcyclist, musician, actor, and celebrity figure, will begin at participating Harley-Davidson dealerships and end at the 10th Annual Ventura County Blues Festival at Moorpark College (7075 Campus Rd.) Moorpark, California.

Well-liked musician-turned-actor, Mickey Jones, has always been there to lend a hand to help so many others in need, and now he needs a little help himself. His recent bout with a prolonged illness has taken a toll on his finances. Due to insurance restrictions, the next crucial step of his recovery will be impossible without some outside help.

Registration for the “Mickey Jones Benefit Ride” begins at 9am. Registration Fee: $52 per Person – Single Rider or Passenger. Ticket price includes convenience fee, and also includes parking and entrance to the blues festival!

This event is brought to you by the Ventura County Blues Society who also puts on the annual Ventura County Blues Festival. All ride proceeds will go to support Mickey, so don’t miss out on this chance to support him in his time of need. Online registration ends midnight, Thursday, April 23th.
