Winter Blues Music Festival

(Milwaukie, OR) – The “Winter Blues” Music Festival will be held March 11, 2017 at the Elk’s Lodge (13121 SE McLoughlin Blvd, Milwaukie Oregon) with 6 bands and a special performance with the Youth Music Project. Doors open 2:30 pm, music starts 3pm. This event is open to the public and you do not have to be a member to attend. Tickets $20 advance, $25 door. Kids 10-18 years accompanied by an adult, $13. See ticket site for more options.

The lineup for this year’s WBMF reads like the who’s who of the blues locally and nationally and consists of Cee Cee James & The Mission of S.O.U.L., CD Woodbury, Jim Gustin and Truth Jones, Lloyd Jones, Bill Rhoades & The Party Kings, and 2016 Best Female Vocalist, Journey to Memphis contender and 3rd place IBC “Band” winner, Rae Gordon & The Backseat Drivers!

What a great way to get rid of our “Winter Blues” before spring begins and support your musicians of all genres as well as support great charities like the Youth Music Project and the Oregon Food Bank. Raffle and auction items will also be available.  All proceeds go to our charities.

Additionally, we are asking that you bring 6 cans of food, or as another option, you can purchase at the door, an emergency food box for only $10 for the Oregon Food Bank.
