The Granite State Blues Society announces its eleventh annual Barnful of Blues Festival will be held on Saturday August 3, 2013 with profits to benefit the Webster House of Manchester NH. This musical feast will be held at the Youth Center Fairgrounds on Rt. 13, New Boston, NH from noon to 8pm.
The Barnful of Blues Festival is a family-oriented music event with all profits donated to the Webster House of Manchester, New Hampshire. The Webster House is a safe place for teens in need.
This all-day affair, rain (blues in the barn) or shine (blues under the sun) event and will feature some of the best local blues and R&B bands from New Hampshire and the Boston area. This year’s bands will be Luther “Guitar Junior” Johnson (pictured at rt), Chris Fitz, Willie J. Laws Band, Ten Foot Polecats, The Dave Keller Band, “Poor Howard” Stith and Roxanne and the Voodoo Rockers.
In addition to a great day of music, food and crafts vendors will be present and there will be raffles and a 50/50. Gates open at 11:00, with music starting at noon. Tickets are $20 at the door.
