chapters in communities throughout Mexico, United States
and anywhere people are hungry; physically and musically.
For BAHS to overcome hunger, they need more people,
musicians, venues, food banks and promoters. If you love
blues, live music and your community, want to help fight hunger
or simply enjoy partying with a purpose, consider becoming
an active member. As a member, you’re encouraged to join
a committee, run for a board position, start a chapter, tell
friends and attend BAHS events.
In the past nine years, the simple accident that became
BAHS has fed thousands throughout Baja California,
Southern California and Arizona. The BAHS mission to end
hunger with blues began humbly in Mexico, a country not
homeland to the blues, and continues to grow internationally,
because no matter the language, the music is in us –
we hear, we feel and we love it. We hope you do too.
BAHS offers a variety of ways to support the cause. Let’s work
together to end hunger and keep the blues alive, because
serendipity rewards the prepared.
