We bounce off each other all the time. We’ve shared so many
amazing low and high moments in the last seven years that it’s
hard to point at one. Our whole life is one big funny anecdote.”

“Business came first for us,” the couple share. “The more
we worked together, the more we realized we had similar
interests outside of music and work ethics. It makes for a very
special connection to travel the world playing music together
with the one person that understands you the most.”
As far as the inside scoop? “You’ll have to ask Bertha, our
band van, about a funny story,” they say. “She’s been with us for

“Romance was definitely first,” says Breezy. “When we
met, Rev. was still bandaged from hand surgery. He was
going to have to re-learn the guitar and issues he had with his
hands leading up to it.”
“Breezy was instrumental in helping me to get my musical
confidence back,” adds Josh. “I recognized she had a natural
musical ability. She was always a huge country blues fan even
before we met, so when she mentioned she would like to learn
the washboard, I got her one very early in our relationship.
We started playing music together on our front porch and
eventually in front of other folks. We work flawlessly together.
She understands me, and I understand her. There are certain
areas in our lives that I spearhead and she trusts my decisions,
