1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Yields 6-10 servings
DIRECTIONS
Shrimp marinade:
Melt butter or heat olive oil, then add garlic, onion
powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well and
then add shrimp. Sauté the shrimp mixture over medium-
low heat for approximately 10 minutes until shrimp are
caramelized and pink in color. Remove from heat and let
rest while you prepare the stir fry ingredients.
Stir fry:
In a wok or large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low,
then add cabbage, garlic, bell peppers, onions, shallot,
scallions, Wiri Wiri peppers (optional), salt and pepper.
Cook until desired tenderness. After cabbage has reached
your desired tenderness, add shrimp marinade and cook
for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
