(INDIANOLA, MS) The B.B. King Museum & Delta Interpretive Center at 400 2nd St., Indianola, Mississippi, will be offering a new program each Thursday in February to honor Black History Month.

History to Inspire: B.B. King Museum’s Tune in to Black History Month Series launched Feb 6 with an art exhibit reception at Gentry High School at 6pm.

Thursday, Feb 13, the museum will feature Black History Culture thru Dance at 6pm.

On Feb. 20, Rep. Otis Anthony will present Revisit the Dream, and the series will conclude on Feb. 27 with Celebrate thru Song at 6pm. with the BBKM AllStars and local musicians.

Enjoy the talents of local church ensembles, dance groups and other performers Thursday nights during the month of February. All shows are free and open to the public. 

While you’re here, pay your respects at the final resting place of the King of the Blues.
