EUREKA, CA – Redwood Coast Music Festival is excited to welcome blues artists Sonny Landreth and Coco Montoya to the 26th Annual Music Festival, which will be held from Thursday, March, 31 through Sunday, April 3, 2016. The festival has expanded to two nights of blues on Friday and Saturday nights, with the historic Eureka Theater at 612 F Street serving as the exclusive blues venue during the weekend.

Both shows will feature four different bands, with Friday’s show headlined by master bluesman Coco Montoya and his “hot, blistering soul” (the Boston Globe). Guitar One Magazine calls Montoya “the hottest southpaw in the blues” and raves about his “master touch and killer tone.”

“Arguably the finest living slide guitar player on the planet” says Vintage Guitar Magazine about Sonny Landreth. Eric Clapton calls Landreth “one of the most advanced guitar players in the world.” Making his first trip to the Redwood Coast Music Festival, Landreth will headline the Saturday night show.

Doors open at 4:00 p.m. both nights, with the first set of music beginning at 4:30 p.m. A $40.00 Blues Ticket is good for both nights at the Eureka Theater. Prime Time tickets are $30.00 and are good for either Friday or Saturday night at all venues.
