(New Orleans, LA) – Grammy winners Robert Cray and Bobby Rush will top the bill of the 12th annual Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival, presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation Oct. 13-15 in New Orleans’ Lafayette Square Park. Admission to the general public is free. The festival begins with an evening concert on Friday, Oct. 13, and continues with two stages of music, lots of great food, and an arts market all day on Saturday, Oct. 14, and Sunday, Oct. 15. It all takes place in New Orleans’ beautiful Lafayette Square Park.

Along with Robert Cray and Bobby Rush, Deacon John, John Mooney, Grady Champion, Samantha Fish, The Como Mamas, Robert Finley, A.J. Ghent, Louis “Gearshifter” Youngblood, King Edward and Luther Kent are just a few of the great artists who will perform this year. For the complete schedule, please visit the website.

But for the seventh year they are offering a limited, exclusive opportunity to purchase access to our VIP guest area. The revenue from these ticket sales helps to offset the enormous expense of putting on the festival. (We do not, however, generate a profit: The costs of staging the festival far exceed the revenue we earn from concessions, sponsorships, VIP Experience ticket sales and donations). The price for the VIP Experience is $250 per ticket, plus processing fees of $13.49, for a total of $263.49 per person. Only 170 VIP passes will be sold.

By the way, you can purchase the cool poster of Bobby Rush here.
