(San Francisco, CA) – San Francisco Housing Development Corporation (SFHDC), founded in 1988 by a group of visionary African American community leaders, has been working for three decades to stem the tide of displacement that has disproportionately affected people of color. They are now turning some of their focus on the displacement of the arts community. Cruise For A Cause net proceeds support SFHDC Artist Housing Fund which will provide affordable housing for local artists and musicians.
