(SIMPSONVILLE, SC) – On Nov 10, the day before Veterans Day, you can support veterans by coming to a festival at the Simpsonville Arts Center ,110 Academy St in Simpsonville, South Carolina. The Red, White and Blues Festival is a time to celebrate veterans with BBQ, music and more. Expect live blues music from Mac Arnold, Hired Help, JL Fulks and The Carolina Beggers. Henry’s Smokehouse will prepare a 200lb hog and Ron and Joan Bridges will offer a 1964 Mercedes at a car auction. This rain-or-shine fundraiser festival runs from 4-10pm.
Festival entrance fee is $25 advance or $35 at the door. Funds benefit Quilts of Valor, an organization that awards veterans with a handmade, personalized quilt, and Upstate Honor Flight which sends veterans of WWII and the Korean War to see the monuments in Washington D.C.
