PETERSBURG, FL – The Tampa Bay Blues Festival returns to Vinoy Waterfront Park, St. Petersburg, Florida, April 8, 9, & 10, 2016. Artists include Aaron Neville, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Walter Trout, J.J. Grey & Mofro, Tommy Castro, Curtis Salgado, Danielle Nicole, Victor Wainwright, and more.
